Back-to-many zones: return your Blue-bike flexibly
With Blue-bike, you can easily cover the last mile after taking the train, tram, or bus. In some cities and regions, we make it even easier with our back-to-many zones. Within these zones, you can return your Blue-bike to any Blue-bike location within that zone at no extra charge. This gives you even more flexibility! Ideal when you combine your bike ride with bus, carpool, train, etc.

How does a back-to-many zone function?
Within a back-to-many zone, you can end your ride at another location that belongs to the same zone without us charging you an extra fee. At other Blue-bike locations, you are expected to return the bike to the starting location after use to avoid a surcharge.
How do you recognize a Blue-bike back-to-many zone?
If you select a location in the app that belongs to a back-to-many zone, the map will automatically zoom out and you will see on the overview map which other locations also belong to that zone and where you can end your ride without incurring additional costs.
What about locations that are not in a back-to-many zone?
If a Blue-bike is not located in one of the back-to-many zones, you are expected to end your ride at the starting location. If you do not do so, an additional fee of €20 for city bikes and €40 for e-bikes will be charged.
