How to use a voucher

Renting a Blue-bike

Key distributor

• Enter the voucher code on the screen.
• One of the drawers will open: take the key at the red blinking light.
• Unlock the bike with the same number as your key.

Blue-bike app

• Save your voucher in the app.
• Switch on Bluetooth.
• Tap on a Blue-bike location and choose an available bike.
• Tap “use voucher”.
• Select the voucher your want to use.
• The lock will open automatically.

Returning your Blue-bike

Key distributor

• Lock the bike with the key and the chain.
• Scan the black key tag on the card reader of the key distributor.
• A drawer will open: plug in the key (red blinking light).

Blue-bike app

• Return your bike to a Blue-bike location.
• Switch on Bluetooth.
• End your ride in the app.
• Close the lock by pushing down the lever.
